By 3pm are you about ready to put your head down on your desk and go to sleep? The solution is as simple as get moving! It might be counter-intuitive, but that lunchtime barre or reformer class isn’t going to drain you, it’s going to recharge you for the rest of the day.
Exercise scientist Dr Jonathan Leary explains it as “Increased blood flow + endorphin circulation = energy” and suggests up to 60 minutes of your favourite movement to reap the benefits.
