Pilates sur tapis; Based on the method of Joseph Pilates. Pilates matwork focuses on strengthening the deep muscles to build a strong and functional body. Our classes differ from others as we base our matwork classes on flowww.

BARRE A TERRE

Feel your muscles burn, but be distracted by your pretty port de bras this class is a Barre and pilates fusion performed on the floor.

BALLET FIT

A super fun ballet inspired fitness class, fused with elements of pilates and body weight training. You will be flying high after this class!

FORME

A resistance and body weight focused class, achieving you a sculpted body.

REFORMER

Resistance exercise on the reformer machine. The ultimate way to achieve a strong toned core. We offer 1 on 1 introduction classes for anyone new to reformer and/or just getting started with exercise.

Stretch and Release

Detoxify your body and release built up tension by stretching, trigger point ball release, foam rolling and massage. You will literally float out of the studio. We recommend participating in at least one stretch class a week to complement your other class modalities.
